Could our church data get mixed up with another church's?
No. Every record belongs to the church that owns it, and the church identity comes from the signed-in session — never from what the app asks for. A church admin can only see and change their own church data.
Can the app use our own logo and colours?
Yes. The logo, primary colour, and church name are set from the admin panel and are used immediately by the member app. Churches or synods that want a standalone app in the Play Store and App Store can use the Synod plan.
How do members sign up?
Members download the app, choose your church, then register with an email address or phone number. Your admin can approve or deactivate an account when needed.
How is giving handled?
The app shows your church bank account and QRIS code. Members transfer the money and upload their receipt, and the treasurer verifies it. Funds go straight to the church account — we never hold or take a cut of your members' giving.
How does QR attendance work?
A steward displays the service QR code at the door or on screen. Members scan it from the app and their attendance is recorded. Each member counts once per service.
Is it available for Android and iPhone?
Yes. The member app is built with Ionic and Capacitor, so it is available for both Android and iOS from a single codebase.
How long does the rollout take?
A church whose data is ready can usually start using the app the same week. The longest part is tidying up member records, not setting up the app.
Can we export our data if we stop subscribing?
Yes. Member records, attendance, and giving records can be exported at any time. The data remains yours.
