1. The service

CIS provides a church information system — a website and a mobile app for members — used by subscribing churches.

2. Accounts

• The church is responsible for its admin account and for whoever it grants access to.
• Members are responsible for keeping their own password confidential.
• An account that is misused may be deactivated by the church admin or by us.

3. Church content

Announcements, sermons, devotionals, and other uploaded material remain the property of the church. The church is responsible for ensuring that what it uploads does not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. Giving

The app only records giving and displays the church's own account details. Funds are transferred directly by the member to the church; we never hold, forward, or take a cut of them.

5. Subscription and payment

• Subscription fees are billed according to the plan the church has chosen.
• Late payment may result in the service being suspended.
• A church may cancel at any time; data can be exported before the service is closed.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the service available, but may carry out scheduled maintenance, which will be announced beforehand.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes to these terms

Changes will be announced on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
